1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Better Mock Draft application or website ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

These Terms also incorporate the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and Google Play Terms of Service for mobile app distribution.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Better Mock Draft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and fantasy football draft preparation.

Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or proprietary bot strategy algorithms of the App, nor reproduce, redistribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing

Better Mock Draft offers an optional in-app purchase upgrade ("Better Mock Draft Pro", product identifier better_mock_drafts_pro_2026).

• One-Time Season Purchase: The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the 2026 NFL fantasy season. It is NOT an automatically renewing subscription.
• Store Processing: All purchase transactions and billing are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. (via StoreKit) or Google LLC (via Google Play Billing). Better Mock Draft does not process or retain your credit card or financial information.
• Restore Purchases: You may restore your active Pro purchase on any compatible device logged into the same Apple ID or Google Play account using the "Restore Purchases" button on the App's home screen.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play support in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Third-Party Trademarks & Fair Use Disclaimer

Better Mock Draft is an independent software tool created for fantasy sports participants.

All team names, team locations, player names, positions, statistics, and platform references are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive, identification, and nominative fair use purposes. Public player statistics and roster data are powered by open-source football data repositories (including nflverse) and licensed third-party data providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BETTER MOCK DRAFT, ITS CREATORS, OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR FANTASY LEAGUE OUTCOMES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE (IF ANY) IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
